The Detroit Edition Residences | YaBu Pushelberg | 2027 | 美国

The design takes cues from Detroit's heritage, drawing inspiration from two imagined muses: a midcentury furniture maker with an affinity for automobiles, and a swift jazz musician. One informs the precision, proportion, and materiality of the interiors, while the other introduces rhythm, warmth, and subtle character throughout the spaces. Walnut, travertine, and metal accents give physical expression to these influences, reinforcing a balance of precision, craftmanship, and restraint.
