The design draws from the region’s earthy character with a material palette of travertine cladding, warm oak, and dark marble. Sculptural metal pieces punctuate the stone facades, while Italian cypress trees and ancient bonsai define the courtyard, lending a meditative rhythm to the approach. Inside, a dramatic curved staircase with a glass balustrade descends beneath a Moooi Raimond chandelier, establishing the interplay between craft and light that runs through every space. The living area centres on a floor-to-ceiling Port Laurent marble fireplace flanked by tall floor lamps and tufted leather seating, where oak flooring with custom dark-wood inlay details adds a layer of quiet refinement.
