- thoughtworks (TWers) targeted YAAF to create their office as the “Social Spaces, Collaboration, Paring, Face to Face work, including focus space.
- Thus, YAAF creates most of the “Social Spaces” that TWers can use on a flexible, non-booked basis to collaborate and meet with colleagues, candidates and clients. These should enable hybrid team working and remote participation.
- Moreover, implementing a corporate identity in an office space involves creating a cohesive and consistent environment that reflects the company’s brand, values, and culture, including the brand’s mission, values, colour palette, logo, and any other visual elements that represent the company which create look & feel of “Fun, Creative, and Innovative”.
- We allow employees to personalise their workspaces to some extent while ensuring it aligns with the overall corporate identity, creating a sense of ownership and belonging.
- We believe successful corporate identity implementation in an office space goes beyond aesthetics – it should also foster a positive work culture, support employee well-being, and enhance productivity.
