ZIKZAK architects took on the task of realizing their design offices, a colorful and functional space created for efficiency in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Creation of your own office is always a difficult and very interesting task, not limited by any client’s requirements. Therefore, in the environment for 30 coworkers, we have designed everything to achieve the most efficient work. In the center of the space there is an area painted in coral color, which serves both for presentations and briefs, as well as for informal events.
A functional solution was to place a soundproof telephone booth, which allows to hold Skype conferences and conversations without distracting others. For the formal meetings, there is a bright meeting room. The office also has a kitchen with a large bar table for eight people.
Our office became a prime example of the Loft style, in which we kept the maximum number of brick and concrete walls and left all communications open.
