Over the years, Madlan company has experienced organic growth at a rapid pace, and in a few years its staff has grown threefold. As a result of this fast expansion, the company needed to find new offices that could provide an inspiring work atmosphere to their growing number of people.
Madlan is a real estate company in Israel that aims to make the real estate market transparent, fairer and simpler for all parties – buyers, sellers, brokers and entrepreneurs. Madlan uses advanced technology, huge databases, sophisticated algorithms and machine learning so that everyone can eventually find a suitable apartment, at the right price and in the ideal environment.
the inspiration for the design of the offices was Tel Aviv, the most vibrant city in Israel, the White City, with clean and simple geometry that characterizes the city’s architectural lines.
The project is divided into three floors, starting from the third floor – the main floor of the office, which includes a shared hacking space in the reception and the cafeteria area and allows meetings, appropriate connections or simply space to relax with a drink from the coffee bar which is located in the centre of the space. In addition, there are several meeting rooms and an open space divided into several departments. The second and first floor includes a large lounge area and two kitchen spaces, a few one-on-one rooms, several conference rooms, executive rooms, Team rooms, a large call centre and a Zen room where members can enjoy some time out.
we aspired to create a bright, transparent and inviting space with a natural material palette, that contains concrete, pale wood and white iron, with wall colours on a tone scale ranging from light green to grey and white and additionally our Unique ‘Switchup’ wall coverings made mainly of wood and concrete. The space was designed in a clear, transparent and calm way that reflects the values of Madlan company.
