BIT CREATIVE Barnaba Grzelecki has completed the office design for LINK4, an insurance company, located in Warsaw, Poland
On 6000 square metres of area the Bit Creative Barnaba Grzelecki office designed a colourful and creative workspace. The 4-storey office is divided into a conference, work and social spaces. On the first floor a reception is located as well as 2 conference rooms with the ability of joining into 1 right next to it. Other floors are arranged in the similar manner.
Employees have also access to less formal areas. The open space area has been divided by managers’ office rooms and smaller rooms. The office contains also chillout areas designed in a way for employees to effectively relax and regenerate. These areas contain less formal seating types as swings and seating bags.
The design was inspired by the Scandinavian style. Intense colours associated with Link4 branding are mitigated by neutral whites and greys as well as natural materials like wood and concrete and also comic-style wall-paintings.
