办公以现代立面为設計基础，结合轻薄透的立面材料，给办公环境创造不同功能化的使用可能，并成为建築视觉二次設計的载体。

The office is based on modern facade design, combined with light and transparent facade materials, to create different functional use possibilities for the office environment, and become the carrier of secondary design of architectural vision.

COMMERCE | 商業

作为闵行新区唯一开放式街区商業，空中露台、屋顶花园、下沉广场、地下商業街与12号线终点站七莘路站体紧密相连。

商業业态上以餐饮空间为主，人们可以在此处进行一场商务会谈，可以在网红餐廳一品美食，或是享受一份便利的商务餐。

As the only open-plan business area to be built in Minhang, there is plenty of space inside and outside. The underground commercial street is closely connected to the subway station where people can enjoy popular restaurants, or convenient business meal.
